Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Absolutely! We are Transport Canada certified, and carry solid commercial drone insurance. We take safety and compliance very seriously so you can relax knowing everything is handled the right way and happy to share our credentials anytime!

  • You’ll receive beautiful, professionally edited high-resolution video or photos of your choice, Shot in 4K.

  • Once we fly, you’ll typically get your finished photos and videos within 2-3 business days. Need it sooner? Just let us know we’ll do our best to make it happen!

  • No worries at all! Drone flights love clear skies and calm winds. If Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate, we’ll simply reschedule at no extra charge as soon as we get a good window.

    We keep you updated and work around your schedule so you’re never stuck.

  • Not at all! Most of our clients prefer to sit back and relax. We handle everything on site. Of course, you’re more than welcome to join us if you’d like to watch or give specific directions, we love having you there!
